Sam is from Rochester, NY and grew up in South Brunswick, New Jersey. He is currently an undergraduate student at Emerson College in Boston studying Sports Communications with focuses in management, journalism, ad esports. Sam is a diehard football fan and his favorite NFL team is the Buffalo Bills. He also enjoys watching soccer and basketball, and his favorite teams are FC Barcelona and the Boston Celtics. 

At Emerson College, Sam is the Co-News Director for WEBN-TV at Emerson College, Sports Correspondent on Good Morning Emerson, Executive Producer for The Upset, as well as on-air talent for Emerson Independent Video's The Box Score. Sam also works for Emerson Athletics as an Athletics Assistant.

Sam began sportswriting in 2017 on Wix.com under the domain, Inside the Numbers Football, to write weekly prediction posts on every NFL game while frequently writing about major news stories occurring in professional football. In 2018, he transferred from Wix.com to Blogger, and converted Inside the Numbers Football into Franchise Quarterback. And in 2018, Sam began recording the Franchise Quarterback Podcast with five other analysts to provide commentary, analysis, and predictions for every NFL game for the following weekend as well as breaking down the biggest storylines in the NFL.

Here on franchisequarterback.blogspot.com, we post weekly Predix every Thursday during the regular season to predict the results of all 256 games, as well as 10 playoff games and the Super Bowl during the postseason. We also provide frequent commentary on the biggest headlines in football such as major trades and signings, record projections in the preseason, inter season award predictions, mock drafts, and weekly power rankings.
